Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by maintaining a strong sales pipeline, meeting targets, and achieving consistent performance.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and other internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Clientele Management: Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years proven sales role, preferably within the motorcycle. battery or automotive industry.
- Preferably Male.
- A team player with initiative, resourcefulness, and ambition to succeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build rapport and close deals.
- A strong character with positive, can-do attitude and resilience to challenges.
- Fluency in Chinese dialect is preferred to serve a diverse client base.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel regularly for customer visitation and marketing activities.
