Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, WhatsApp & Company Websites) ensuring seamless functionality and an optimal user experience.
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media (posting & Live Host), email campaigns, and promotional offers to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor website analytics and customer behavior data to identify trends, optimize online performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support through various channels, resolving order issues, processing returns, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Work with website vendors to ensure e-commerce platform security and functionality, and collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and logistics teams.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of product information and content on the website.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness to provide insights and support continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for online sales and growth, identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
- AD-hoc task require by Head of department to smoothen the Department Operation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related filed preferred
- 1 year Experience in managing Shopee, Lazada and TikTok stores.
- Able to multitask and independence in work.
- Fluency in both Chinese and Bahasa Melayu (written & spoken)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Twitter marketing
- Strong multitasking abilities, with an independent work ethic
- Experience in video creation and editing.
- Proficiency in Canva or/and Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
